The guys were fantastic. My client was in escrow on a 4 unit in So Pasadena and we needed sewer inspection on a limited timeline. They had a great competitive price to install a Sump Pump storm drain system. Josh was great communicating throughout completing his work and was great adjusting to the inspectors request as needed. Had a problem in my girls bathroomthe shower wasnt working properly and also found out in that process that the entire nozzle for the tube was broken. Causing water to go into the wall instead is the tub I called 1 day rooter and they came out the next day and fixed the nozzle portion and then came back and finished the job of changing the whole valve. Thankful I found 1 Day Rooter and plumbing, I had a lot of plumbing issues with my house. My drains were backing up throughout my whole house, toilets, showers and water was coming out of my front yard clean out that was installed 1 year ago. Another issue was with my water heater, had an old 40 gallon Reliance water heater that would turn on and off a few times a week. Josh came out and took a look at all the issues and gave me a detailed explanation of what needs to be done. He was very clear, to the point and had this nightmare resolved within a few days. He quickly got his team out here and replaced my sewer line and all my secondary drain lines under the house which were old galvanized corroded pipes. Also, replaced my old water heater with a Navien tankless water heater. Best plumbers in town, very happy with my results, highly recommend them!

I had an emergency plumbing situation, my bathroom toilets and shower drains were all clogged and water was backing up into my house, horrible sewer smell and debris overflowing. Josh and Bob came out took a look at the problem, did a sewer video inspection through my drain lines, showed me on the monitor where all the problems are and advised that main sewer line has multiple cracks and bunch of roots and debris build up. I called multiple plumbers over the years and they always recommend getting a hydro jet and that only helps the problem temporarily. I decided to go with 1 Day Rooter and Plumbing this time around. Josh and Bob came and took a look at the situation, asked a few questions in order to help them understand the history and the deeper issue that I was having. They ran a sewer video camera and showed me where the problem was. Josh recommended to replace a section of the sewer line where the tree roots keep on growing. Problem was solved and everything seems to be working good now. Thanks for the honest and professional work guys.

Good company to work with! I found 1 Day Rooter and Plumbers online and called them to help with my backed up clogged toilet issues I was having. We didnt know it was backed up, we had called for a leak at the base of the toilet originally. They ran a video camera inspection through my toilet access and quickly discover that the main sewer line had a stoppage do to root intrusion and old cast iron drain build up. Josh recommended hydro jetting would be the best solution and surly it was. Thanks a lot for your quick and professional service guys.

Bob and Josh have a great team to work with, honest and reliable plumbers. I got a few other quotes before I decided to go with 1 Day Rooter and Pluming. Josh was on point, explained the whole process and gave me a price the same day. I had to get my sewer line and drains replaced, water main and gas lines as well. Josh is the only plumber you need in your phone. Hes quick to respond and his work is meticulous. The other day, we had a leak under the sink and I grabbed the phone and FaceTimed Josh. Just as my husband said Hes never going to answer he did! Josh talked me through shutting off the water until he could get over to fix it. All problems, big or small, Josh is my first and only call. My toilet for my mechanic shop was clogged and overflowing. I called 1 Day Rooter and Plumbing since they were local and had great online reputation with 5 star reviews. Josh answered the phone in a professional manner and schedule an appointment and arrived within 2 hours understanding that this was an emergency. They came out and realized that this was a main sewer line issue, inspected the problem with a camera through the main sewer line. Sewer line was backed up do to grease build up. They quickly suggested to hydro jet the main sewer line which should solve the issue. Within 45 minutes hyrdo jet was done and issue was resolved. Fast, professional, honest and reasonable prices. Defiantly recommend this company!

This is the second time Ive called Bob and Josh and 1 day router and plumbing for my plumbing issues, first time pipe burst in my wall and needed to be replaced, second time I had a bigger issue with the main sewer line, not only one-day router and plumbing beat everyones prices. Great service. Our toilet was clogged and we were waiting for another plumber to come take a look at it. For 2 days we were waiting then finally decided to try another company. I called 1 Day Rooter and Plumbing, Josh picked up and was very knowledgeable, he came out to my house in Baldwin Park next day was able to clear my main sewer line stoppage. He ran a FREE camera to find the cause of the stoppage, they will be returning tomorrow to do a spot repair
